No. Everything is designed for beginners, and explained clearly.
How long are the sessions?
Most meditations are 8 to 12 minutes. A few healing sessions are longer.
How often is new content added?
New content is added every month.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. You can use your phone, tablet or computer.
Can I cancel?
